Production Facilities

Weaving

Grey fabric made of 100% Poly cotton and polyester / cotton of all blend ratio. Partly based on Pre - Certified material according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

The weaving unit consists of 166 Sulzer looms. We have PU 110”, PU 143”, P-7100 110”, P-7100 143”, and TW-11 models operating in our production house. Leading to a combined capacity of over a million meters of woven fabrics per month.

Finishing

We are using Certified Sources for dyeing and Finishing of 100% cotton and poly cotton fabrics using direct dispense, reactive and VAT dyes.

Stitching

Home textiles like bed linen made of 100% Cotton and all blends of polyester/ cotton white and greige including accessories like sewing thread and woven labels. Exclusively based on pre - Certified material according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Our in house stitching unit operates with latest machinery. Running currently with 35 machines, we are shipping 7 – 8 full length containers per month.

Printing

We are using Certified Sources for Printing. Operating with a dedicated outsourced Processing & Printing Unit.
